When using our Service, you agree to:

**Provide Accurate Information:** You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when using our tools. Inaccurate information may result in incorrect recommendations.

**Premium Subscriptions:** Additional features are available through paid subscriptions: • Premium: $19/month or $114/year (50% savings) • Family: $39/month or $234/year (50% savings)

**Billing:** Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.

**Automatic Renewal:** Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

**Refunds:** We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds.

**Price Changes:** We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to provide insurance advice to others for compensation • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content • Impersonate others or provide false information • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers • Circumvent any access controls or usage limits • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Service.

**By You:** You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

**By Us:** We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include: • Violation of these Terms • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Extended periods of inactivity • Request by law enforcement or government agencies

**Effect of Termination:** Upon termination: • Your access to the Service will be revoked • Any pending subscription will be cancelled (refunds per our refund policy) • We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

**Disclaimer of Warranties:** THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

**Limitation of Liability:** TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HEALTHINSURE CONCIERGE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill • Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service • Any damages arising from reliance on recommendations or information provided

**Cap on Liability:** OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

**Healthcare Decisions:** We are not responsible for any healthcare decisions you make based on information from our Service. Always consult with qualified healthcare and insurance professionals.

4. **Small Claims Exception:** Either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

**Jurisdiction:** For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
